Super User – FMCG Distribution

About the role

The client, a leading FMCG distributor in Kitale, is looking for a detail‑oriented Super User to manage the Distributor Management System (DMS) and support sales operations. The role ensures accurate stock monitoring, purchase planning, route settlement reporting and sales performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and drive 100 % usage of the DMS by all Van Sales Representatives.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and produce timely performance reports.
• Develop and align purchase plans with sales forecasts and stock levels.
• Maintain accurate stock records and track stock movement within the DMS.
• Prepare and share daily route settlement and cash collection reports.
• Capture and reconcile all sales transactions in the DMS.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
• Investigate and resolve DMS data discrepancies.
• Train and support DMS users to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, Accountancy, Statistics, Data Analytics, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in FMCG distribution, sales operations, DMS administration or inventory management.
• Hands‑on experience with Distributor Management Systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
