About the role

The Rift Valley Technical Training Institute is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Officer II to manage the flow of goods and materials across its campuses. This full‑time position ensures accurate record‑keeping, timely issuance of supplies, and proper stock control to support the institute’s educational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record, and store all incoming and outgoing goods from the central store.
• Maintain permanent, expendable and consumable ledgers with professional accuracy.
• Issue materials to staff, departments, and trainees as required.
• Prepare purchase orders (LPOS) and dispatch quotations.
• Verify physical stock counts and clear items from departing staff and trainees.
• Organise materials in designated areas according to institute guidelines.
• Keep the store clean, orderly and well‑maintained.
• Conduct periodic physical stock‑taking for all institute departments and offices.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in store‑keeping or inventory management.
• Age 25 years or older.
• Proficient computer literacy.
