T24 Analyst, Application Support

About the role

The T24 Analyst, Application Support provides specialised technical support for the T24 core banking system. You will troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades and ensure the platform runs smoothly for the bank’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting T24 functionality.
• Execute system upgrades and apply best‑practice configurations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business users and external partners to maintain service continuity.
• Monitor transaction processing, interface performance and downstream reporting impacts.
• Implement business continuity and disaster‑recovery procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years hands‑on experience with T24 core banking.
• Deep functional knowledge of Arrangement Architecture (AA) lifecycle management.
• Strong experience in Accounts & Deposits processing and Funds Transfer (FT) module.
• In‑depth understanding of General Ledger structures, multi‑currency and multi‑entity accounting.
• Proven ability to analyse end‑to‑end transaction‑to‑GL flows and resolve balance mismatches.
• Experience supporting high‑volume transaction environments and system integrations.
