Talent Acquisition Associate – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruiting team on a fully remote basis. You will help build pipelines and hire for critical healthcare positions that directly impact the lives of patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute large‑scale outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high‑priority roles before they open.
• Pre‑screen, qualify, and guide candidates through the full hiring process.
• Perform skip‑tracing, data enrichment, and ensure CRM hygiene.
• Own the ATS, keeping records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment playbooks as the function scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or sales development.
• Flawless spoken and written English; strong phone communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting (skilled nursing, behavioral health, SUD) is a strong plus.
• Detail‑oriented, accountable, and able to close loops independently.
