Technical Account Manager (LATAM)

About the role

Cynet is seeking a customer‑focused Technical Account Manager for the LATAM region. You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value and a solid security foundation on our unified XDR/SOAR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full onboarding journey, from post‑sale handoff through deployment, configuration, integration and feature activation.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and enablement programs for customers and partners.
• Identify and mitigate onboarding risks, acting as the technical escalation point and coordinating with Support, Product and R&D teams.
• Guide customers on secure platform configuration, cybersecurity best practices and security posture improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transition to ongoing success.
• Help define and improve onboarding methodologies, playbooks and scalable processes.
• Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering based on customer experiences.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation or similar customer‑facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of security platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
