Technical Administrator – Part‑time Remote

About the role
We are looking for a Technical Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to our operational teams at Inspire Structures, part of British Engineering Services Group. This part‑time, home‑based position works 20 hours per week (10 am‑2 pm, Monday‑Friday) and involves occasional visits to our office.
Key responsibilities
- Produce accurate task briefing sheets to aid project planning and safe delivery of works.
- Create, manage and maintain documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Lists, Teams, Forms and SharePoint.
- File relevant documents in the correct systems and locations.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams while championing safety, wellbeing, quality and efficiency.
Required profile
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Lists, Teams, Forms and SharePoint.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
