Technical Product Manager

About the role

You will own product execution for three live products, ensuring each release matches client needs, follows a predictable cadence, and meets the engineering quality bar. While the role is primarily product management, you will work closely with engineers on a Go, Vue, gRPC, and AI‑agent stack and intervene in the development lifecycle when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product delivery across three products and act as the single point of accountability for execution.
• Translate client conversations into well‑formed work items in Monday.com, logging every request, bug, and scope change.
• Partner with product leads to maintain prioritized backlogs, write clear acceptance criteria, and keep roadmaps realistic.
• Run the engineering rhythm: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and enforce engineering practices.
• Track velocity and delivery health, surfacing slippage early.
• Own client relationships: schedule weekly check‑ins, capture decisions, route feedback to engineers, and close the loop.
• Occasionally contribute hands‑on work such as refining prototypes, scoping spikes, reviewing UX flows, or debugging client environments.

Required profile

• Strong product execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineers and asking technical questions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate client needs into actionable tasks and maintain transparent client relationships.
• Experience running agile ceremonies and enforcing engineering best practices.
