Technical Program Manager – Digital Health

About the role

Living Goods is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation and scale‑up of digital health initiatives in Kenya. The role provides technical leadership, coordinates with government and technology partners, and ensures successful delivery and sustainability of community health digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and continuously improve community health digital systems in collaboration with government, partners and internal teams.
• Lead implementation planning, technical oversight, risk and issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate review and validation of system designs, configurations, integrations, reports, dashboards and workflows with national and county stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly digital health reports and represent the team in internal and external meetings.
• Maintain productive relationships with government, donors, implementing partners and technology providers, ensuring alignment with policies, standards and strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital health, ICT4D or large‑scale digital transformation programs.
• 3–5 years managing digital health or ICT implementation programs with government stakeholders.
• Proven experience deploying and operating large‑scale digital platforms for frontline workers or public service delivery.
