Technical Recruiter – Remote AI Recruitment Tool

About the role

The Technical Recruiter will lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates candidate sourcing, screening and engagement. Working remotely, you will partner with data scientists, product managers and engineering teams to deliver scalable machine‑learning solutions that improve hiring efficiency for global organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and fine‑tune machine‑learning models to boost candidate‑job matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend services for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases and external job boards via robust APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to curate training datasets and monitor model performance metrics.
• Ensure all workflows comply with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards, mitigating bias in recruitment.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning and natural‑language processing.
• Proven experience deploying AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy requirements.
