About the role
The University seeks a Technician III to manage, maintain and troubleshoot its computer laboratories. The role supports academic and administrative ICT needs on the Nairobi campus.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer lab hardware and software.
- Ensure lab equipment is operational and up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field.
- Registered with the relevant professional body where applicable.
Required skills
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- ICDE certification.
- Microsoft certification (MCSA/MCSE or equivalent).
- Cisco certification (CCNA/CCNP).
- CISA certification.
- Data Analytics certification.
