Tele Sales Executive - Mandarin Speaking

About the role

The Tele Sales Executive (Mandarin speaking) will be the primary contact for DHL tele‑sales customers in Kenya, driving revenue growth, customer retention and service excellence through proactive telephone‑based sales and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of tele‑sales customers through regular call cycles to secure new business, retain existing customers and achieve sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to maximise account potential, reduce attrition and limit competitor opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, prospect conversion and opening profitable new accounts.
• Provide post‑sales support, ensuring prompt resolution of sales‑related queries and service requirements.
• Collaborate with sales channels and internal DHL departments to maintain cost‑effective service delivery and meet area targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably tele‑sales or customer relationship management.
• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong telephone, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and internal departments.
