Telesales Representative – Ruaraka

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves driving sales by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, communicating product offerings, handling inquiries, and managing relationships to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers daily to generate sales opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Prepare accurate quotations promptly, follow up on outstanding quotes, and process approved quotations into sales orders using the ERP system.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide timely responses to inquiries, and keep customers informed about promotions, stock availability, and new products.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with Warehouse and Dispatch, monitor deliveries and resolve any delays.
• Support collections by following up overdue invoices and coordinating with the Finance department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service or a related field.
• Proven telesales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
