Territory Trade Marketing – Home & Personal Care

About the role

We are looking for experienced Territory Trade Marketing professionals to lead sales growth, market share, and distributor performance for Home & Personal Care (HPC) brands across multiple Kenyan cities. You will be responsible for executing trade activations, merchandising, and route‑to‑market strategies in your assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sell‑out and market‑share growth through effective trade marketing programs.
• Manage distributor relationships, trade activations, and visibility initiatives.
• Develop and implement route‑to‑market and retail execution plans.
• Monitor territory performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on brand objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development or Field Sales within the HPC industry.
• Proven track record managing distributors and executing trade activation programs.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
