Key responsibilities
- Develop and sell inbound and outbound tour packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and tour costs.
- Coordinate hotels, transfers, excursions and travel arrangements.
- Manage client inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Work with online travel portals such as SafariBookings, Viator and other tour booking platforms.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to sales growth.
