Training Specialist

About the role

DigitalQatalyst is looking for a dynamic Training Specialist to join its Academy team. You will design, deliver and evaluate instructor‑led and virtual learning programmes that help participants build practical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions according to schedule and quality standards.
• Prepare training materials, learner exercises and supporting resources.
• Engage learners throughout programmes and monitor participation, progress and completion.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate assignments and produce performance reports.
• Gather feedback, recommend improvements and support the maintenance of training documentation and resources.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Education, Learning & Development, ICT, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, facilitation or instructional delivery.
• Experience delivering technical or professional development training is an advantage.
• Familiarity with blended or virtual learning environments is desirable.

Required skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS) – preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
