Tutorial Fellow - Pharmacology

About the role

Zetech University is seeking a strategic, forward‑thinking Tutorial Fellow in Pharmacology to enhance teaching, research and innovation. The role bridges academia and industry, aiming to improve graduate employability and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Pharmacy units assigned by the Head of Department, delivering high‑quality lectures and practical sessions.
• Design, develop, plan and deliver programmes of study, including new courses at various levels.
• Assess student performance through examinations, OSCEs, coursework and practical evaluations.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations and clinical placements.
• Review and regularly update pharmacy course content and materials.
• Collaborate with academic colleagues on curriculum development and research activities.
• Conduct research, write grant proposals and seek consultancies.
• Disseminate research findings at national or international conferences, symposiums and webinars.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students and staff.

Required profile

• Possession of a PhD is an added advantage.
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field.
