UI/UX Designer – Lead Digital Product Design

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and cross‑disciplinary partners to understand project needs and move work forward.
• Establish design thinking standards, ship high‑impact work, create design guidelines, and codify best practices.
• Concept, iterate, prototype, and test to deliver strategic, elegant, and simple design solutions.
• Distill complex systems into inventive solutions through experimentation.
• Ground design decisions in deep client understanding and push strategic insights to expand creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams that ship successful digital products, experiences, and content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and mentor design teams, providing clear direction.
• Strong collaboration experience with cross‑disciplinary partners and leaders.
• Capacity to unblock intractable roadblocks and drive inventive solutions.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to convey process, approach, and impact.
