Van Sales Representatives (VSRs)

About the role

Treasure Communications Limited is hiring Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) based in Nairobi, Westlands. The role is responsible for achieving sales, distribution and activation targets through field visits, reporting and coordination with customers and outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales, distribution and activation targets.
• Conduct field visits for coaching, audits and support.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region.
• Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams.
• Enforce company policies and operational standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field team supervision.
• Experience in FMCG or general trade is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability; able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as Excel and mobile apps.
