About the role
Join our team as a waitstaff member, delivering excellent service to guests in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, handling payments and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Present menu options, suggestive sell and inform guests about daily specials and new items.
- Take orders accurately, deliver them to tables, and present bills promptly.
- Maintain cash float, handle POS transactions and ensure no shortages.
- Receive and process deliveries, manage inventory orders and assist with packing for delivery platforms.
- Keep the dining area clean, clear tables, and uphold hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
- Team‑player with strong customer‑orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Result‑driven, self‑motivated and proactive.
Required skills
- Point of Sale (POS) operation.
- Basic cash handling and float management.
