Warehouse Forklift Driver

About the role

KEDA Ceramics is looking for a reliable Warehouse Forklift Driver to support daily material movement in its Kisumu facility. You will operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and store goods while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transport materials, products, and equipment between production areas and storage locations according to production schedules or shipping orders.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles using a forklift.
• Stack pallets and arrange goods in designated storage locations following inventory control procedures.
• Inspect loads to ensure they are properly secured before moving.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any defects or safety concerns.
• Assist with stock movement, inventory counts, and other warehouse activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certificate/License.
• 1–2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
