Warehouse Officer

About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our team at the Meru depot. The role focuses on efficient warehouse and stock management, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate monthly stock takes and report variances.
- Maintain accurate stock records using manual logs and the Zoho system.
- Arrange stores following FIFO standards and ensure safe stacking.
- Receive goods, verify against delivery notes and generate GRNs.
- Dispatch orders according to pick and packing lists, guaranteeing on‑time delivery.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly warehouse operation reports.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with Head Office for re‑orders.
- Supervise store staff and casual labour.
Required profile
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or stock management.
- Valid driving licence with ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
- Immediate availability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Zoho stock management system.
