Warehouse Stock Clerk

About the role

Victoria Courts is hiring a full-time Warehouse Stock Clerk in Nairobi (Westlands). The role supports daily warehouse operations through accurate stock management, efficient loading and receiving of goods, keeping the warehouse clean, running stock counts, handling self-collect customers and monitoring all stock movements to keep inventory accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee loading and offloading of goods, verify products against delivery documents, keep loading records and report discrepancies
• Maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system, organize stock, apply FIFO rotation and report stock variances
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes, record and store goods correctly
• Record stock transfers, issues, returns and adjustments, and monitor movement between warehouse and branches
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe, report maintenance needs and promote health and safety compliance
• Run cycle counts and spot checks, reconcile physical stock with system records and support annual stock takes
• Prepare orders for self-collection, verify customer documents and release goods, and keep accurate records of self-collect transactions

Required profile

• CPA qualified
• Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, Logistics or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or stock control
• Computer literate with knowledge of inventory management systems
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
