Workshop Production Supervisor – Furniture

About the role

The Workshop Production Supervisor will lead daily operations in a furniture manufacturing facility located in Thika. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to production teams across shifts.
• Monitor equipment performance, material usage, and inventory levels.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain efficient production flow.
• Collaborate with management on production planning and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing production in a furniture or woodworking environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a production team.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
