Yard Person & Sales Assistant – Full‑time Positions

About the role
We are a well‑established builders merchant looking to expand our team with two full‑time positions: a Yard Person responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and yard, and a Sales Assistant who will support customers on the shop floor. Both roles are based on‑site and require a reliable, hardworking attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Yard Person: keep the yard and warehouse tidy, organise stock, assist with loading and unloading, ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Sales Assistant: greet customers, provide product information, process sales transactions, support the sales team and maintain the shop presentation.
Required profile
- Local licence holder (required for both roles).
- Reliable and able to work full‑time hours.
- Friendly and team‑oriented attitude.
