AI-Enabled Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI-Enabled Marketing Manager to join a fast‑paced marketing team. The role blends strong content creation abilities with hands‑on experience using AI tools to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver high‑quality content at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit content for sales materials, blogs, case studies, social media, internal communications, and presentations.
• Leverage AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar to accelerate content production while preserving brand consistency.
• Develop prompt libraries, templates, and repeatable AI‑assisted workflows for the team.
• Ensure all output aligns with the established brand voice and messaging.
• Identify and implement improvements to marketing workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and sales enablement assets.
• Repurpose existing content across multiple formats and channels.
• Conduct AI‑assisted competitor, market, and industry research, summarising findings and recommendations.
• Build reporting processes and translate marketing data into actionable insights.
• Train and support team members in adopting AI tools and optimized workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Jasper, or equivalents.
• Strong copywriting and editing abilities with a focus on brand voice.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Systems‑oriented mindset with a focus on workflow improvement.
• Results‑driven with attention to quality and deadlines.
