Associate Client Manager

About the role

As an Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth across our solution portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact, translating client needs into tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate internal teams—including support, service, and management—to meet account objectives and client expectations.
• Achieve revenue, margin, and strategic targets while minimizing client churn.
• Lead joint strategic account planning for one‑ and three‑year periods, defining performance objectives and financial targets.
• Assess, clarify, and validate client needs to ensure alignment with offered solutions.
• Drive solution development by engaging relevant internal resources.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on metrics defined by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in client management within the IT sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales and profitability targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
