Associate – Corporate Finance & Strategic Advisory

About the role

ThirdWay Partners is seeking an Associate to join its Advisory team. You will support corporate finance and strategic advisory projects for corporate, public‑sector and development clients across multiple sectors and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategic advisory engagements, including market assessments, industry analysis and strategic research.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation and investment analyses.
• Assist with due‑diligence processes for public‑sector, development finance and investor clients.
• Prepare investment memoranda, strategic presentations and other client deliverables.
• Contribute to fundraising and transaction processes, including investor engagement and data‑room management.
• Support ESG strategy and transition‑roadmap engagements for corporate clients.
• Manage workstreams, coordinate internally and ensure high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
