Associate Revit Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Revit Technician to support our security design engineering team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Based in Nairobi, you will create high‑quality security designs using Revit, AutoCAD and related CAD tools.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical security design drawings and 3D models in Revit and AutoCAD for the EMEA region.
• Carry out clash detection in Revit models, resolve issues and coordinate solutions.
• Participate in virtual BIM coordination meetings and communicate technical matters clearly.
• Develop and maintain departmental BIM and CAD standards.
• Create 3D renderings and CGI visualisations of proposed security solutions.
• Deliver high‑standard drawings and outputs on schedule, collaborating with the wider team.

Required profile

• Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with experience in an architecture or MEP engineering practice.
• Ability to work across disciplines, especially M&E building services and architecture.
• Experience with clash detection/resolution using Navisworks and Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM, Common Data Environments, QA systems and COBie data for MEP/security drawings.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
