About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to lead a high‑performing B2C sales organization within our Christian Matchmaking Division. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands‑on sales leader with experience managing Team Leaders, driving revenue, and optimizing sales performance in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop 3 Team Leaders and indirectly manage a team of 30–35 employees.
- Drive revenue, sales targets, and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimise the full B2C sales funnel.
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance‑improvement strategies.
- Build a strong, results‑driven sales culture.
Required profile
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading large sales teams and managing Team Leaders.
- Strong B2C and inside‑sales experience.
- Experience managing revenue targets, KPIs, and sales performance.
- Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
