Bilingual Team Lead – Candidate Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Team Lead to head our Candidate Sourcing unit. You will be the driving force behind generating high‑quality talent leads and ensuring a steady pipeline for recruiters and Talent Acquisition partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sourcing team, meeting quality, volume and deadline targets.
• Set sourcing goals, monitor performance and analyse conversion metrics.
• Train team members on sourcing methodologies and effective use of ATS/CRM tools.
• Act as the primary escalation point and coordinate solutions with talent partners.
• Ensure compliance with service‑level agreements and best‑practice standards.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team management or leadership.
• Background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or operations supervision is preferred, provided you have recruitment experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a neutral accent for client‑facing interactions.
• Strong leadership qualities, ambitious mindset and resilient character.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing methodologies.
