Branch Operations Manager

About the role

The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily business activities for a CBX Solutions branch, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and high‑quality customer service. Working closely with the Sales Manager, this role balances technical project oversight with people management across sales, office, and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage door, frame and hardware scopes on multiple projects, providing technical solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop estimates, follow‑up on projects, and close sales.
• Set performance standards, assign tasks, train, and mentor office and warehouse staff.
• Review production, attendance, and operational reports on a regular basis.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery and job completion.
• Assist in preparing the annual branch budget, track compliance, and address variances.
• Maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising multi‑department teams in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage budgets, inventory, and project timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and service teams.
