Brand Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape high‑level partnership strategy for a portfolio of creators and talent. The role focuses on pricing oversight, talent positioning, and relationship management, supporting both senior talent and junior partnership staff through complex negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing and partnership positioning strategy across talent rosters.
• Conduct recurring calls with creators and talent partners to maintain strong relationships.
• Support escalations and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior partnership staff and closers.
• Review partnership outreach and pitching quality to ensure alignment and fit.
• Collaborate on long‑term talent growth and partnership strategy.
• Monitor partnership performance and overall roster positioning.

Required profile

• Previous experience in influencer management, talent partnerships, creator strategy, or entertainment partnerships.
• Strong understanding of influencer pricing, negotiations, and partnership strategy.
• Experience working directly with creators and managing talent relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive conversations and partnership escalations professionally.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
