About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Supervisor to lead client acquisition and boost market visibility for a fast‑growing Internet Service Provider in Kikuyu, Kiambu County. The role combines field‑based sales activities with strategic marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly client acquisition targets.
- Map potential customers and generate actionable market data to drive sales.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including activations, door‑to‑door visits, and community engagements.
- Coordinate sales efforts with technicians and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor leads, follow up on opportunities, and drive conversions.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Mentor and guide the team for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or a service industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and customer‑focused personality.
- Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with clients.
- Residing in or near Gitaru/Kikuyu area (or willing to relocate).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
