Business Development Officer – Hospitality College

About the role

As a Business Development Officer at Boma International Hospitality College, you will drive revenue growth by promoting professional development programmes, executive education, corporate training, consulting and advisory services. You will work closely with individual and institutional clients to understand their learning needs and match them with suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach hotels, hospitality businesses, corporate organisations, industry associations and other prospective clients requiring staff training, executive education, consulting or advisory services.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of corporate training and consultancy opportunities.
• Develop and present customised programme proposals that address client development needs.
• Convert qualified opportunities into enrolments and signed commercial agreements.
• Manage reporting, administration and coordination of the sales pipeline.
• Support market development and relationship management across professional development, admissions and corporate partnership functions.
