About the role
Nestlé Kenya is seeking a Business Process Specialist to ensure efficient production administration, maintain SAP data accuracy, and manage stock within its Nairobi factory. The role focuses on supporting end‑users, driving process compliance and continuous improvement in line with GLOBE and T&P standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage process orders and production system transactions.
- Capture downtime, output and material consumption accurately.
- Maintain SAP data accuracy and stock integrity.
- Perform stock reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Train end users on SAP, GLOBE and process standards.
- Support continuous improvement and ensure process compliance.
Required profile
- NQF 5 / Diploma in Production Management, Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience with SAP and factory end‑to‑end processes.
- Strong analytical, planning and communication abilities.
- Experience supporting production administration and stock management.
