Claims Representative – International Medical/Dental Claims

About the role

The Claims Representative will adjudicate international medical, dental and vision claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms while meeting productivity and quality targets. This role supports customers across Europe, providing timely responses to enquiries and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Adjudicate international medical, dental and vision claims in line with policy terms.
• Monitor high‑cost claims and alert relevant parties.
• Track turnaround times to ensure claims are settled within required timeframes.
• Respond to enquiries on plan design, eligibility and claim status, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to senior team members.
• Support team members to achieve collective goals.
• Collaborate across European business units according to service needs.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required to meet business demands.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a claims role within healthcare, insurance or a related field.
• Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mathematical proficiency with high attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
