Commercial Supervisor – Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Supervisor to lead and support our sales teams in Kenya. The role focuses on driving performance, coaching staff, and ensuring commercial targets are met while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the commercial/sales team.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
• Provide coaching, feedback and ongoing training to team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
• Track and analyse sales metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer or operational issues.
• Collaborate with management to optimise processes and results.
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or commercial/sales role.
• Proven experience managing teams in sales, BPO or commercial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑oriented with solid analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
