Sales Manager – Agriculture Product Line

About the role

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Kenya is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its agriculture product line across key regions in Kenya. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building channel networks, and managing relationships with government projects and major customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve national annual, quarterly and monthly sales and payment collection targets.
• Assist in developing product, channel, service, and team plans.
• Develop, introduce and manage distribution channels.
• Oversee channel terminal building, store sales, and promotional activities.
• Build and manage a local agricultural machinery marketing team and coordinate with subsidiary departments.
• Identify and follow up business opportunities from government projects and key customers.
• Handle public relations for subsidy policies and collaborate with the credit finance manager to establish financial channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Machinery, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of sales and market management experience, preferably in agricultural machinery.
• Strong market development and communication abilities.
• Fluent English for daily business use.
