As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies in your network. This is a flexible, referral‑based role with no fixed hours, allowing you to work independently and earn based on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to your professional network and community.
• Demonstrate how the AI interview platform modernises hiring and saves time.
• Act as a trusted point of contact and thought partner for prospective users.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve the product and partner programs.
• Operate independently, building your own pipeline and earning commissions on premium feature adoption.
