About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Cloudera, you will own relationships with large‑scale enterprise customers, guiding them through the adoption of Cloudera’s hybrid data and AI platform. You will work autonomously, collaborating with internal specialists to deliver solutions that drive digital transformation and measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Align with corporate strategy to grow revenue and market share within designated enterprise accounts.
- Develop and present business plans that address customer priorities, technology footprints, and competitive landscape.
- Introduce domain experts while maintaining overall account oversight and ownership.
- Build consensus across executive sponsors, influencers, and decision‑makers.
- Lead large‑scale transactions, manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and communicate updates to internal teams.
- Exceed quarterly and annual targets for software subscriptions, renewals, professional services, and training.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 + years of proven success selling enterprise software.
- Experience in fast‑moving, use‑case driven environments, preferably with data‑management, data‑warehousing, or AI solutions.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
