Corporate & Institutional Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate & Institutional Partnerships Executive to expand our network of corporate, NGO, government and institutional partners. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing the distribution of affordable eyeglasses across Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure partnership agreements with corporations, NGOs, SACCOs, schools, churches, government agencies and development partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve high‑volume sales of eyeglasses through institutional channels.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business and predictable demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with product availability and marketing initiatives.
• Track partnership performance, prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or partnership management.
• Proven track record of securing large‑scale institutional contracts.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan healthcare or social impact sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
