About the role
Digital Lending Manager oversees the end‑to‑end execution, development, and performance of retail digital lending products delivered via an omni‑channel platform. The role is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class go‑to‑market and commercial sales solutions for new digital lending products and enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Conceive, design, develop and deploy go‑to‑market plans, select routes to market and focus on channel strategy.
- Provide trade‑marketing support, design collateral, create success toolkits and define commercial terms in collaboration with lending stakeholders.
- Drive user acquisition while ensuring regulatory compliance and managing portfolio risk.
- Enhance customer experience through automated lending processes and data‑driven insights.
- Partner with internal teams to develop retention‑focused cross‑selling models, revenue management plans and loyalty programmes.
- Achieve funded revenue growth and set portfolio criteria targets such as FID, PAR and NPL.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial‑services environment handling marketing, PR or business‑development responsibilities.
- University degree (Upper Second Class or equivalent); professional marketing qualification is a plus.
- Prior experience developing retention programmes is preferred.
