Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to drive our online presence for Honda and Mazda products in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media platforms and overall digital presence.
• Develop and implement creative digital marketing campaigns for Honda and Mazda products and services.
• Create engaging content, including vehicle promotions, product features, videos, graphics and customer‑focused posts.
• Generate qualified leads through social media, website and other digital channels.
• Improve online visibility through SEO and effective digital marketing strategies.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid social media advertising where applicable.
• Monitor website and social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with customers and prospects, respond to enquiries and follow up on digital leads.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular digital marketing reports and analytics.
• Monitor automotive and digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ways to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded with a strong understanding of lead generation and customer engagement.
• Ability to analyse digital marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
