About the role

The Director of Revenue will lead the Commercial Strategy team at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club, shaping the hotel’s revenue vision and driving growth across key market segments. Based in Nairobi, this senior role partners closely with operations, marketing and finance to maximise profitability while upholding the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the hotel’s revenue strategy, setting targets for all revenue centres.
• Lead a team of revenue analysts to ensure data quality, accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance and demand patterns to optimise pricing and distribution.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align initiatives with revenue goals.
• Monitor and adjust tactics to achieve revenue growth for key customer segments.

• Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Leadership ability to guide and develop a commercial strategy team.
