About the role
WWF is seeking a senior leader to shape and oversee its operating model across the global network. Reporting to the Senior Director of People and Culture, the Director Operating Model will ensure the organisation has the right structures, capabilities and culture to deliver on its ambitious conservation strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement an operating model that supports a future‑ready WWF workforce.
- Ensure people at all levels have clear development pathways, skills and capabilities aligned with the WWF Strategy.
- Embed WWF core values and standards to strengthen organisational culture and create an optimal working environment.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to align processes, governance and performance metrics.
- Lead a small team (1 direct report) to drive change initiatives and monitor progress.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in people, culture or organisational development.
- Deep understanding of operating model design and implementation in complex, global organisations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural change.
- Commitment to WWF’s mission of conservation and sustainability.
