About the role
The Field Officer will be based in Kilifi South and will act as the primary link between Tuishi Companion Ltd and local communities. You will help expand membership, educate residents on health‑related insurance products, and support claim processing.
Key responsibilities
- Register new members and maintain accurate records.
- Educate communities about Medical Cover, Last Expense Cover, and In‑kind Envelope benefits.
- Assist members with claims submission and service activation.
- Promote Tuishi’s presence in villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches, and workplaces.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate.
- Passionate about serving the community.
