Finance Manager / Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Finance Manager / Accountant to oversee the financial operations of Ufanisi Digital Media. The role involves managing financial reporting, maintaining accurate ledger accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analysing data to support business decisions and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop, monitor, and analyse company budgets, forecasts, and financial risk profiles.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audit processes and prepare required documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a finance manager, accountant, or similar financial administration role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
