About the role

Join the vibrant team at Slug & Lettuce in Bournemouth as a Glass Collector. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide full training so you can develop the skills needed to support a safe and welcoming bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests throughout their visit.
• Collect and clear glasses promptly to maintain a tidy service area.
• Assist in keeping the bar and surrounding areas clean and safe for both guests and team members.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided.
• Ability to work flexible, part‑time hours in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
