Global Learning & Development Coordinator – HRIS & Digital Enablement

About the role

As a Global Learning & Development Coordinator you will support TecAlliance’s HR function by managing the Dayforce Learning and Performance modules and ensuring smooth execution of worldwide L&D processes. You will act as the central point for L&D operations, driving adoption of digital tools and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Dayforce Learning and Performance modules, including content setup, updates, and system accuracy.
• Execute global L&D processes daily, ensuring timely delivery, accurate tracking, and reliable system support.
• Intake, prioritize, and track L&D requests via ticketing workflows, providing timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Serve as the escalation hub for L&D operations, managing dependencies and flagging risks early.
• Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and participation tracking to guarantee smooth learning activities.
• Produce accurate data, documentation, and reporting across Dayforce and related systems.
• Promote daily use and adoption of digital L&D tools with global stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements, supporting automation and more efficient request handling.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms and digital learning systems, preferably Dayforce.
• Educational background in Learning & Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable experience.
• Solid coordination experience in L&D, HR operations, or project support, ideally in a global or scaling environment.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, track deliverables, and maintain accurate system records.
• Comfort working within defined operational frameworks, including escalation and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and persistence.
• Fluent English (B2+); additional German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
