Go-to-Market Engineer (Outbound Systems)

About the role

Speechify is looking for its first Go-to-Market Engineer to build the technical backbone of the outbound motion for its SIMBA Voice Agents platform. You will design, implement and own the systems that source, enrich, score and sequence prospects, ensuring the sales team has the right data and tools to drive pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain lead sourcing and enrichment pipelines, scoring models and multi-step sequencing workflows at scale.
• Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, integrating CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing platforms (Outreach or Instantly) and automation layers.
• Deploy AI-powered agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation and follow-up automation.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics, analyse performance and continuously optimise for meetings booked and pipeline created.
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier or Make to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
• Evaluate emerging GTM and AI tooling, becoming the resident expert and recommending adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch in a GTM, growth engineering or RevOps role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on funnel metrics and pipeline impact.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully distributed environment.
